Samantha Pokroy awarded NextGen Future Leader Award at AVCA 20th Anniversary Conference Awards ceremony

We’d like to congratulate our CEO Samantha Pokroy who was awarded the NextGen Future Leader Award at AVCA 20th Anniversary Conference Awards ceremony held in Johannesburg in April 2024. The NextGen Future Leader Award recognises individuals who embody AVCA’s principles and industry ethics through their accomplishments, leadership qualities, and the impact they are making on their organisation and the wider industry.

The AVCA Awards were a celebration marking two decades of the annual AVCA Conference, the premier global gathering for private capital in Africa. This year’s AVCA – The African Private Capital Association Awards served as a platform for AVCA to honour outstanding contributions that have shaped the industry.
